HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE DISCLAIMER:

We are committed to doing everything within our power to ensure your purchases arrive in time for Christmas. Unfortunately though, we cannot make any guarantees because we have limited control over the delivery schedules of UPS and USPS. Our best suggestion is to Order Early!

For orders to reach their destinations before Christmas with free ground shipping, we are recommending that you place your order no later than Sunday, December 19th. This allows for adequate transit time to the vast majority of the continental U.S. In the event your order is destined for a more remote area of the country, we may be in contact to recommend an expedited service. Most of our products ship from our warehouse in Charlotte, NC. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need assistance with your order.
Free Shipping on all Domestic Orders*
We offer free domestic ground shipping across our entire site for orders destined to the contiguous United States. The cost for Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day Express are also available, and the cost is calculated during the checkout process. A surcharge will be added during checkout for Alaska and Hawaii.

For Canada and other International destinations, the estimated shipping charges cannot be calculated during checkout. After we receive and process your order, you will be sent an email requesting approval for the additional shipping charges. You will have the opportunity to approve the charges or cancel your order without penalty.
Shipping and Handling
ON LINE ORDERS:

On line orders can be placed using our secure online shopping cart system sponsored by Yahoo. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. No personal checks are accepted. We charge your credit card on the day product is shipped except in situations requiring personalized or customized orders; and backorders exceeding 30 days.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS:

When your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason it does not express what you intended to purchase please contact us immediately.

When the order ships you will receive an email confirmation that your product has shipped along with a tracking number. Not all suppliers, however, provide tracking numbers.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

Order processing time is normally 1 to 3 business days unless noted otherwise on the product page. Products requested to ship via 2 or 3 Day Express will shorten the delivery time by 2 to 4 days over a ground shipment.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES:

For ground shipments allow 4 to 6 business days for delivery. For Express Air allow 2 to 3 business days.

Note: For orders requested to be shipped via Express Air, the processing time listed in the product detail will still apply. For example, production time for some products can take 2 to 3 business days or longer. Your product will ship express air after the stated production time.
Canadian Orders
Most products can be shipped to Canada and our preferred service is UPS Standard. This service provides tracking every step of the way, delivery directly to your door, and quicker shipping times compared to USPS; typically taking between 2 -7 business days for delivery to most destinations.

Sometimes, for smaller items, we ship to Canada via the US and Canadian Post Office as they offer more economical rates for smaller packages. This service typically takes between 10-12 business days to be delivered. Once the package leaves the US, we cannot control delivery or track the package. If any questions arise about your delivery, we ask that you check with your local post office and postal carrier.

Customer will be responsible for any custom fees incurred with either service.

Each order will be processed on a case-by-case basis as we will compare services and select the best option available for your specific order and destination. If you have a preference between the services, please make a note in the comments section at checkout.

*A shipping surcharge will apply to all Canadian orders, but the estimated shipping charges cannot be calculated during checkout. After we receive and process your order, you will be sent an email indicating which service we selected and a request for approval of the additional shipping charges. You will have the opportunity to approve the charges, request a different service, or cancel your order without penalty.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES:

All orders from outside the United States must be pre-paid in U.S. dollars and are subject to normal import duty, taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country. International shipping duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility; Eureka Golf Products has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. If a customer refuses shipment due to duties and taxes, they will be liable for any costs incurred by Eureka Golf Products.
International Orders
Eureka Golf Products offers two options for international orders:

1. Direct shipment through the US Postal Service to the recipient's postal service. This option is less expensive and may not be subject to customs fees. We will adjust the shipping charge to reflect the actual cost before we ship your order. It typically takes as many as 5-6 weeks to arrive and no guarantees are made for international shipments via the US Postal Service. Disclaimer: Eureka Golf Products is not responsible for undelivered, lost, or damaged items. Customer is responsible for any customs fees that apply. Tracking is inaccurate and almost impossible to track once the item leaves the United States.

2. Shipment via DHL - The cost will be more expensive than the US Postal Service, but you will receive a faster transit, typically between 3-5 business days. This option has tracking available from door to door. No guarantees are made for international shipments and standard DHL terms and conditions will apply. Disclaimer: Eureka Golf Products is not responsible for undelivered, lost, or damaged items, but can assist DHL claim filing. Customer is responsible for any customs fees that apply.

Returns: New and Unused Product
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Returns are happily accepted within 30 of receiving your order. Product returns require a pre-approved authorization from Great Golf Memories for any requested return of new and unused merchandise. No returns are accepted for customized, personalized, or special order products. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, with all packing fillers, packing slips and packaging tightly sealed. Returned product is assessed a 10% re-stocking charge to cover the outbound shipping charges. Customer is responsible for shipping the product to a location to be specified by Great Golf Memories and any associated shipping fees.

TO REQUEST A RETURN: Please email orders@greatgolfmemories.com with the following information to request a return and refund.

  • Reason for return
We will reply via email with a return address to where you will ship the product. Once product is received by our specified warehouse we will inspect and issue you a refund via your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Do not ship any items to the Great Golf Memories' business office address unless instructed to do so in advance.
Returns: Damaged or Defective Product
Damaged products must be reported within 7 business days of receipt. Keep all packaging, packaging filler material, documentation, and the original package or box.
